How Payments Work
The Experiences Network facilitates payments on behalf of its partner brands using regulated third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
When a customer makes a booking:

Partners receive their payout directly to their nominated account

The Experiences Network provides infrastructure and advertising services to destination-based brands and hospitality partners.
These brands operate independently and use The Experiences Network’s systems to manage promotion, bookings, and payments.
One such brand is Koh Samui Experiences, which operates as the Koh Samui destination branch within the network.
